Keybank careers2/29/2024 ![]() They actually gave me projects and made me do presentations to show to VPs and managers. They didn't just give me intern roles or intern responsibilities, they actually treated me like an analyst. The number one thing I liked the most about my internship was that my manager and my team believed in me. There's the restaurants, there's East Fourth, there's the sports teams, there's Playhouse, tons of museums, but there's always something to do. Something that Cleveland offers that's so different than other areas is there's so many young people here that are always out and about. The great part is in our meeting spaces we have these massive TVs and whiteboards that we're also collaborating and working with. I was surprised to see that most of my office building is windows and there's always teams getting together at different spaces. And just speaking from my internship and it makes me feel good about being a part of a bank that really emphasizes that. You know, when I was looking for a company, let alone a bank, that was very important to me. So, the initial thing that attracted me to Key was our diversity, equity, and inclusion. And honestly, I can say if it wasn't for that internship, I wouldn't be where I am now as far as preparation and being prepared to be a full-time analyst. And I feel like that helped me tremendous in preparing for my full-time role. And then the benefit on top of that was I received another internship in the spring of 2022. Upon that internship, I was offered a full-time offer upon graduation. So, I started at Key as an intern in the summer of 2021.
